How QIANXING flush smart switches connect to Mi Home

QIANXING flush smart touch switches support Mi Home, retain touch controls on the wall and require live and neutral wiring in advance. They can work as conventional touch switches; Mi Home integration requires a separately purchased Mi Home central hub. Neither the single- nor dual-circuit model supports dimming.

Wire first, then choose your smart setup

Both single- and dual-circuit switches require live and neutral wires. The same wiring is needed for conventional use, even without a smart-system connection.

During renovation wiring, have the installer check neutral, live and every lighting circuit together. Adding a hub later cannot compensate for a missing neutral wire.

Conventional use and Mi Home

For conventional use, touch the faceplate to control lighting. For Mi Home, purchase a Mi Home central hub separately; it is not included with the switch.

Confirm compatibility between the intended hub and devices before purchasing, then follow the actual device instructions for pairing and setup. This page does not promise identical behaviour across all hub models, scene functions or firmware versions.

Connecting to other systems

For projects using other smart systems, consider a Home Assistant box and check compatibility for each device, required integration and target system.

Mi Home support does not imply native support for every platform. Send QIANXING the target system, existing hub and intended controls for review before confirming the setup.

Include lamp requirements

The single-circuit model controls one lighting circuit; the dual-circuit model controls two. Neither supports dimming. Lamp type, maximum rated load and minimum load must all meet the requirements on each circuit.

Projects requiring dimming must select a suitable separate solution. On/off control is not brightness adjustment.

Does Mi Home support guarantee support for other systems?

No. For other systems, check compatibility between the devices, hub, integrations and target system.
